Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and own problems until resolved

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Wi-Fi, packages, directions, and room setup
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service charges
• Open tickets in the service portal and coordinate with City Manager
• Plan and promote networking events and create invitations/posters
• Wrap up meetings and help attendees find nearby amenities
