Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate in King of Prussia, PA to build and maintain a thriving community within the center. You will assist customers with administrative needs, coordinate events, and ensure smooth daily operations from check-in to checkout.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and proactive problem-solving in a busy coworking environment, with a focus on delivering a great client experience and maintaining center standards.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to take ownership of problems and solve them.
Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain your own community within your center to support customers.
Handle administrative and support needs so customers can focus on their business.
Greet customers, respond to requests and troubleshoot issues in real time.
Coordinate with the City Manager and plan networking events for the center.
Ensure spaces and services are properly charged and invoices are accurate.
Maintain a neat center environment and assist with center operations.
