IWG is seeking a Community Associate in the Pittsburgh area. You will support customers in a dynamic on-site center, handling inquiries, check-ins, and basic IT tasks while ensuring smooth daily operations.

You’ll contribute to event planning, manage posters, and assist visitors, creating a welcoming workspace and accurate invoicing. A positive, flexible team player thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A good communicator with the ability to build relationships.
• Take ownership of problems and resolve them.
• Stay positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Wi-Fi codes, packages, and directions.
• Set up projectors and help customers in meeting rooms.
• Process invoices and ensure proper service charges.
• Coordinate networking events and mail coordination.
• Maintain center cleanliness and respond to requests quickly.
