Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate in Miami, FL to manage daily center operations and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will handle inquiries, assist with AV setup, process service requests, and contribute to events and community building within the center. A minimum of 1 year in customer service is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Good communicator with ability to build professional relationships
• Ownership mindset and problem-solving approach
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the center to ensure a smooth visit
• Handle inquiries about Wi-Fi, packages, directions, and room setup
• Set up AV equipment and connect projectors for meetings
• Process service requests and ensure accurate invoicing for services
• Organize center events and coordinate with the City Manager for networking events
