Job summary

IWG is seeking a friendly, organized Community Associate for its Miami Beach center. You will support customers, manage daily operations, handle inquiries, and help coordinate events and center services to ensure a smooth experience for members and guests.

You will use MS Office for basic administration, assist with printing and invoicing, and collaborate with the Community Manager on upcoming networking activities, while maintaining a tidy, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT tools.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist center customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Coordinate center operations, bookings, and on-site services for clients.
• Assist with printing, invoicing, and ticketing in the service portal.
• Support events and communications for community networking activities.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment and accurate invoicing.
