IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate in Jacksonville to support customers across diverse industries within the center. You will help manage daily operations, greet guests, handle inquiries, organize services, and assist with events while ensuring a welcoming, productive environment for members.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager on events, maintain space readiness, and address client needs with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to own problems and resolve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the center and address inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate service requests and ticketing in the portal.
• Support events and networking activities in the community.
• Assist with printing, packaging, and invoicing tasks.
• Close the day by tidying the center and ensuring a smooth handoff.
