IWG is seeking a Community Associate to manage a client-facing community in our Miami center, handling inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for members.

You’ll collaborate with the Community Manager on events, assist with administrative tasks, coordinate billing and IT needs, and help maintain a welcoming, organized workspace.

No nights or weekends required; this role offers growth opportunities within a global network.

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment

• Greet and assist customers to support the community experience
