Job summary

IWG plc seeks a Part Time Community Associate for our Houston center at 12 Greenway Plaza. You’ll be the friendly face, helping customers, managing requests, and keeping the center running smoothly from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.

You’ll greet guests, assist with Wi‑Fi codes, direct meeting guests, handle mail, and coordinate simple center tasks while ensuring a welcoming environment and accurate service billing through our portals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred or required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality service.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries and requests.
• Set up rooms, help with projectors, give directions to meeting rooms.
• Ensure services are billed accurately in the service portal.
• Handle mail, packages, and center communications.
• Support planning and execution of local networking events.
