Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a community within the center for customers.
• Handle administrative and support tasks to enable customers’ business needs.
• Assist customers with inquiries, Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and room setup.
• Track services, ensure accurate invoicing, and manage ticketing for issues.
