Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Dearborn, MI to build and maintain a thriving center community. You will handle administrative tasks, support customers, and ensure services are set up and charged correctly to keep operations smooth.

You will coordinate events, assist with inquiries, and help members make the most of the workspace, contributing to a positive, professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, handling inquiries and issues.
• Set up and operate center services (Wi-Fi, projectors, printing).
• Ensure accurate service charges and invoices for customers.
• Coordinate in-center events and networking activities.
• Maintain center cleanliness and organize notices and posters.
