Job summary

IWG is hiring a Community Associate in Oakland for on-site support and center operations. You will build and maintain your center’s community, helping customers with administrative needs so they can focus on running their business.

You’ll handle inquiries, assist with setup, coordinate events, and ensure smooth service delivery. The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration, and reliable day-to-day center management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with ability to build professional relationships
• Able to take ownership of problems and resolve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests across departments
• Set up and operate AV equipment and room setups for meetings
• Process and ensure accuracy of invoices and charges
• Plan, coordinate and promote networking events within the center
