Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate in East Lansing to manage day-to-day client services in the center. You will help customers with inquiries, set up rooms and equipment, and ensure smooth operations and billing. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and proactive problem solving.

You will coordinate events, maintain space cleanliness, and nurture the local center community while supporting center operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• A good communicator with empathy and relationship-building ability (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience).
• Owns problems and finds solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your own community within the center and support customers’ needs.
• Set up meeting rooms, projectors, and assist with IT as required.
• Process and verify service charges and invoices.
• Handle mail, packages, and client inquiries throughout the day.
• Plan and execute networking events and center communications.
