Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Wi‑Fi changes, directions, and room setup.
• Handle inquiries and invoices, and ensure proper service charges.
• Email customers about packages and updates in a timely manner.
• Organize events and create promotional posters for the center.
• Support center operations and help maintain a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with City Manager and teams to network with clients.
