Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate in Dearborn, MI to support a growing network of centers across the Detroit area. You will help customers with everyday needs, coordinate services, and ensure accurate invoicing while contributing to a vibrant, well-organized workspace.

The role emphasizes friendly service, multitasking across various requests, and comfortable use of MS Office and basic IT equipment. Eligible applicants must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Friendly, proactive customer service experience and rapport building.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Comfort with basic IT equipment and MS Office tools.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the center, addressing requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate services, check invoices, and help with logistics (Wi‑Fi, packages, directions).
• Prepare for daily operations, open and manage service tickets, and ensure accuracy of charges.
• Plan and support community networking events and center communications.
• Close the day by tidying the center and preparing for the next shift.
