IWG is seeking a Community Associate in the Detroit area to support customers and manage daily center operations. You will handle inquiries, set up rooms and equipment, process invoices, and assist with networking events to foster a strong community within the center.

The role requires good communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in Troy/Detroit area with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Office or similar office tools
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issues across the center
• Set up equipment, provide directions, and help with bookings and invoices
• Assist in coordinating events and network activities within the center
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment and support daily center operations
