Job summary

IWG in Dearborn is seeking a Community Associate to help create and maintain a bustling center community, handling administrative and support needs for customers so they can focus on their business.

You'll greet guests, answer questions about services, manage deliveries and mail, set up equipment, and keep the center tidy and invoices accurate while coordinating with the City Manager on events and networking activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a friendly center community and handle admin and support for customers so they can focus on their business
• Greet customers, answer questions, assist with Wi‑Fi codes, packages, and directions
• Set up projectors and meeting room tech, assist with printing and invoicing
• Sort mail, manage service tickets in the portal, and ensure services are billed correctly
• Organize networking events and coordinate with the City Manager for guidance and invitations
