IWG, headquartered in Tempe, is looking for a Community Associate to serve a diverse customer base within our center. You will handle daily customer needs, manage inquiries, and coordinate center services to ensure a smooth experience for members and visitors.

In this role you will collaborate with the City Manager and network with members, supporting events, bookings, and basic IT setup while maintaining a welcoming environment and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issues within the center
• Help customers with setup tasks such as Wi‑Fi codes, directions, and AV equipment
• Process service charges and ensure invoices are accurate
• Coordinate events and activities in the center and support networking sessions
