Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service.
• Proactive, positive, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests to enable business operations.
• Set up AV equipment and help with meeting room needs.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service charges.
• Coordinate events and networking activities within the center.
