Qualifications

• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet members, their guests, and visitors.
• Manage guest inquiries and escalate as necessary.
• Assist members with purchases of retail goods.
• Keep the Welcome Desk clean and well-stocked.
• Support programs and cross-sell whenever possible.
