Job summary

IWG plc in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Community Associate to support daily center operations, assist customers with Wi‑Fi, mail, printing, and event coordination, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient work environment.

You will respond to inquiries, route requests to appropriate resources, and assist with invoicing while ensuring the space stays clean and prepared for activities. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 8:30 am to 5:00 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing situations and multitask effectively.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily center operations (Wi-Fi, mail, printing, directions).
• Set up and coordinate in-center activities and events with the City Manager guidance.
• Ensure accurate service charges and timely invoicing for customers.
