IWG is seeking a Community Associate to support the daily operations of our Bloomington center. You will assist customers, set up meeting spaces, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Your role includes handling invoices, coordinating with the City Manager, and helping plan upcoming networking events for clients and prospects. This is a full-time, on-site position with a standard weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ownership of problems and ability to solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, Wi-Fi, directions, and room setup.
• Process and follow up on invoices and service requests.
• Manage center operations, tickets, and portal entries for issues.
• Plan and organize local networking events for the center.
