Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem solving.

• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the center with day-to-day operations and inquiries.
• Coordinate services (Wi‑Fi, packages, directions) and help set up equipment.
• Plan and support center events and networking activities.
• Assist with invoicing and maintain accurate records for services.
• Keep the center tidy and ready for the next shift; welcome guests.
