Job summary

lululemon Boca Town Center is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and partners, and deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor.

You'll support product seeding, attend local events, manage volunteer opportunities, and collaborate with store leadership to grow the community footprint while maintaining an inclusive, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement.
• Experience in grassroots marketing or brand engagement.
• Ability to build community partnerships and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors and partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify opportunities and drive guest acquisition.
• Connect with guests on the floor and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with leadership.
• Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment.
