lululemon Athletica Inc. Boca Town Center is seeking a Community Specialist for a 7-month contract to drive store community initiatives and guest engagement.

You will build relationships with ambassadors, studios, and local partners while delivering an outstanding in-store guest experience and integrating community programs with product education. You will collaborate with leadership to host events, seed products through partners, and analyze community data to inform future plans.

Qualificações

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, Studio partners).
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador/partner opportunities and increase guest acquisition.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership to guide events and initiatives.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
