Job summary

lululemon Sawgrass Mills Outlet is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, build local relationships, and enhance guest experiences. You will collaborate with leadership, engage ambassadors and studios, and participate in local events to strengthen the store as a community hub.

The role emphasizes relationship building, event support, product seeding with ambassadors, and delivering an outstanding guest experience on the floor, aligned with lululemon’s inclusive

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local key relationships to increase new guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with local community to identify future Ambassador opportunities and increase store standing.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data to share insights with store leadership.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment.
