lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist for Brookfield Place to execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and partners, and support product seeding and local events. You will engage guests on the floor with a community perspective while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.

The role involves collaborating with leadership, managing local partnerships, and attending regional community events to grow guest acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

• Execute the store’s community strategy through relationship building, events and partnerships.
• Develop and sustain local relationships with ambassadors and community partners.
