lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist for a 6 month contract at Southdale Center. You will execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and partners, and enhance guest experiences through events and product seeding.

The role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and community engagement across the local fitness and movement scene. Responsibilities include collaborating with store leadership, managing local relationships, hosting events, and translating community

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life and enhance guest experience
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective members, studio owners and partner studios
• Engage with the local community to identify ambassador/partner opportunities and position the store as a community hub
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs
• Attend, support, and host local and regional Community events and execute product seeding through partnerships
• Review community metrics and share insights with store leadership to guide events and initiatives
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment that welcomes diverse perspectives
