Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Contract Community Specialist to execute community strategy, build ambassador and partner relationships, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in One Paseo. You will engage with local studios, support product seeding, and participate in community events to grow the brand’s presence.

You will collaborate with store leadership to bring the community foundation pillars and guest experience to life, while traveling as needed and contributing to an inclusive team

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
• Availability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life via community foundations and guest experience
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partner studios
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities and increase store standing as a community hub
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
• Review community data and share insights with leadership
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment welcoming differences
