Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Citrus Heights, CA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access financial solutions and process transactions in a fast-paced store.

This entry-level role includes paid training, a full benefits package, and cross-brand mobility across eleven brands nationwide, emphasizing customer service and integrity.

You’ll join a growth-driven team with coaching, development, and a weekend-inclusive schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.
• Proficient with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office.
• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Able to perform physical duties including standing and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in POS system.
• Assist in on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and events.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Uphold company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends.
