Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Alexandria, LA. You will assist customers with in-store financial services, process transactions, and provide exceptional service to drive repeat business.

The role includes hands-on training, professional development, and opportunities to move across our eleven brands nationwide. A fast-paced, customer-focused environment offers growth and learning in personal finance services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and compliant with law.
• Must meet physical demands including standing and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
• Offer personalized financial services to fit customers' needs.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system with precision.
• Support daily call campaigns to grow the customer base.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Participate in on-site store duties, events, and community activities.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance experience.
• Follow security procedures for vault and cash drawer as needed.
• Stay compliant with company policies and laws; participate in ongoing training.
