Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and community members in a professional manner.
• Handle front desk operations, manage calls, and route messages as needed.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including venue setup and catering as required.
• Provide technical support for virtual meetings and troubleshoot issues.
• Support event planning with logistics, invitations, RSVPs, and onsite help.
• Engage with the community to gather feedback and drive inclusive initiatives.
