Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Community Ambassador/Hospitality role in Washington, DC to greet visitors, manage the front desk, and coordinate meetings and events with internal teams. You will provide technical support for virtual meetings and help ensure a warm, inclusive environment for our community.

The role emphasizes clear communication, client-focused service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining confidentiality and security of client information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses.
• Team player with positive attitude and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide courteous assistance at the front desk.
• Manage front desk operations and route calls or take messages.
• Coordinate meetings and events with different teams and vendors.
• Provide technical support for virtual meetings and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate on-site events and guest invitations/RSVPs.
• Communicate with departments to share important updates and gather feedback.
• Participate in training, including Cornerstone platform.
