Opensity Solutions is seeking a Community Ambassador/Guest Services Associate to welcome visitors, support residents, and coordinate meetings and events within our community. This role reports to the Lead Office Services Associate or the Client Relations Manager.

The position involves managing the front desk, answering calls, handling mail, coordinating meetings, and providing technical support for virtual meetings to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
