Opensity Solutions is seeking a Community Ambassador/Guest Services Associate to create a warm, inclusive environment for visitors and residents. You will coordinate meetings and events, manage front desk operations, and provide technical support for virtual meetings to ensure smooth, productive experiences.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and teamwork, with a compensation range of 26.00 to 28.00 USD per hour plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Team player with a positive attitude and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
• Pleasant, cheerful disposition and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and community members with courtesy and professionalism.
• Handle front desk operations, calls, messages, and mail distribution.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including venue, AV setup, and catering as needed.
• Provide technical support for virtual meetings and resolve issues quickly.
• Assist with planning and supporting community events and workshops.
• Communicate with multiple departments to relay important updates and information.
• Participate in training, including Cornerstone platform usage.
