Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Community Ambassador/Guest Services to create a warm, inclusive environment, greet visitors, and provide exceptional front-desk support during 8am–5pm hours.

You will coordinate meetings, assist with virtual tech, manage events, communicate across teams, and participate in training on Cornerstone. Strong communication, organization, and a team-first attitude are essential to foster a connected community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confidentiality is important.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide courteous, professional assistance.
• Manage front desk operations and route calls or messages.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including venues and logistics.
• Provide technical support for virtual meetings and AV setups.
• Assist with event planning, invites, RSVPs, and on-site support.
• Communicate across departments and engage with community members.
