Job summary

IWG seeks a Community Associate to help build and maintain a thriving center community on-site in Boerne. You will handle customer requests, connect services, and support event activities, ensuring a smooth day for clients and visitors.

Ideal candidates are comfortable multitasking, possess strong communication skills, and can adapt quickly to changing needs while using MS Office and basic IT tools. 18+ and eligible to work are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build professional relationships.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with requests such as Wi-Fi codes and directions.
• Set up projectors and assist with meetings; coordinate coffee breaks.
• Ensure services are charged correctly and invoices are accurate.
• Organize networking events and manage posters/invitations around the center.
• Close the day by tidying the center and guiding groups to finish.
