Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and direct them to resources.
• Set up meeting rooms, assist with AV equipment, and process requests.
• Manage center invoicing and coordinate with service teams via the portal.
• Plan and promote local networking events within the center.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-organized center environment.
