Qualifications

• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with inquiries and requests.
• Process and follow up on service tickets and issues in the center portal.
• Organize and promote networking events for center residents.
• Coordinate scheduling and daily center operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
