Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate in Whitehall, WV to work closely with customers, manage the center community, and handle administrative tasks and event coordination. You will ensure smooth daily operations, assist with setup of equipment, and help deliver excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes multitasking, teamwork, and a proactive approach to guest needs, with a focus on maintaining a welcoming, productive center environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Positive, adaptable, able to handle fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across industries and maintain your center's community.
• Handle administrative tasks, events, and networking coordination.
• Set up WiFi, projectors, and assist with coffee breaks and refreshments.
• Process invoices and ensure services are properly charged.
• Support Community Manager with events and center signage.
