IWG is seeking a Community Associate to support customers in our Fort Washington center. You will manage daily center operations, assist customers with services, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This on-site role offers a positive, team-oriented atmosphere with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the center, answering questions and guiding them to services.
• Maintain center belongings, handle mail, and assist with meeting room setup.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for center services.
• Coordinate with City Manager and support event networking activities.
• Support daily operations and resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
