Job summary

Foglia YMCA in Hawthorn Woods, IL, is seeking a Community Concierge for the early morning shift from 4:45am to 9:30am. You will greet members, answer phones and emails, process transactions, and support frontline operations with a friendly, responsive service mindset.

Responsibilities include leading hub tours, promoting memberships, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and flexible scheduling. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comply with child abuse prevention training as required.
