Job summary

IWG Bedford is seeking a Community Associate to support customers in the center, manage day-to-day operations, and help connect clients with the services they need. You’ll greet guests, set up rooms, and coordinate with center staff to keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, prepare invoices, and assist with event planning. This role emphasizes customer care, multitasking, and a friendly, proactive approach to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-center with check-ins, directions, and setup
• Process requests and tickets in the service portal
• Handle inquiries about packages, Wi‑Fi codes, and meeting room directions
• Assist with printing and invoicing; ensure services are charged correctly
• Contribute to planning in-center events and maintain a welcoming environment
