Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and partners, and deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor. You will support events, product seeding, and local studio collaborations while connecting with guests to understand their needs and bring a community perspective to the guest connection.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or community engagement
• Ability to build relationships with ambassadors, studios and partners
• Flexibility to travel and work varied shifts

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to enact Community strategy and guest experience
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors and studio partners
• Engage with the local community to identify opportunities and grow partnerships
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events
• Execute product seeding with community partners and Ambassadors
• Review data to share insights with leadership on events and initiatives
• Foster an inclusive team environment and celebrate differences
