Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, build relationships with Ambassadors and local partners, and support product seeding and studio partnerships. You will act as a bridge between guests and the community, bringing a local perspective to every interaction.

You will collaborate with store leadership to grow the customer base, participate in events, and ensure an inclusive, energetic guest experience on the floor, while representing lululemon

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing or community building.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Experience building relationships with clients or partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement Community strategy.
• Manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios.
• Engage local community to identify Ambassador opportunities.
• Interact with guests to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community metrics and share insights with store leadership.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
