Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, build relationships with Ambassadors and partners, and enhance guest experiences on the floor. You will host events, seed products through community partners, and contribute to an inclusive, energetic store culture.

Collaborating with leadership, you will identify opportunities to grow the community, engage guests, and support a holistic, guest-centric shopping experience in our community-focused store.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members to accomplish goals or activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, lululemon Studio partner studios) to increase new guest acquisition and guest retention.
• Engage with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify insights and recommendations with store leadership.
