Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy through relationship building, events, and local partnerships. You will support product seeding and collaborate with Ambassadors and partner studios to grow local guest engagement.

You will deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor, bringing a community perspective to every connection and contributing to a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios) to increase guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and position the store as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data to share insights with store leadership on events and initiatives.
• Contribute to an inclusive, respectful team environment for all team members.
