Job summary

lululemon is looking for a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy through relationship building, events, and partner collaboration. You will support product seeding with ambassadors and studios, while delivering a standout guest experience on the floor.

You will develop local relationships, engage guests, and help expand the store’s role as a community hub. This role requires 1 year of relevant experience and a flexible schedule across mornings, afternoons, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, or community engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to the assigned store and participate in local events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios and partner studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify opportunities and grow guest acquisition and retention.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors.
• Review community metrics and share insights with store leadership.
• Foster an inclusive team environment that supports a positive guest experience.
