lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with Ambassadors and local studios, and deliver a guest-centric experience on the floor. You will seed products with partners, support events, and help grow the store as a community hub.

You will identify opportunities, engage guests, and share insights with leadership to optimize events, projects, and partnerships while promoting inclusivity across the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement Community strategy and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors and studios.
• Engage with the community to identify opportunities and expand the store’s role as a hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and educate on products.
• Attend, support, and host local Community events and seed products through partners.
• Review data to share insights with leadership on events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive team environment that values differences.
