Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors and studio partners.
• Engage with local community to identify new Ambassador opportunities.
• Connect with guests to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and host local Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners.
• Review data to provide insights to store leadership.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
