You will engage with local studios, participate in events, and bring a community perspective to product education and omnichannel programs. Prior community or customer-engagement experience is valued, with a focus on inclusivity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Experience building/local community relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the store’s community strategy and guest experience on the floor.
• Develop and sustain local relationships with Ambassadors and community partners.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and share insights with store leadership.
• Collaborate with store leadership to integrate community programs with omnichannel guest experiences.
